The Fourth Software Innovation and Development Conference is set to take place in Wuhan from June 10 to 11, with the main venue located in the Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley of China, or OVC). The event, themed "Igniting a New Era of Software, Co-Creating a New AI Ecosystem", will feature one main forum, seven sub-forums, and an exhibition showcasing software innovation achievements.

The main forum will host leaders from industry regulatory bodies, experts, scholars, and representatives from key enterprises. Discussions will delve into hot topics such as intelligent computing power supply, platform construction, large model programming, and intelligent software applications.
The conference will unveil significant industry research findings and regional scenarios, and hold a series of activities, including the establishment of industrial innovation platforms during the main forum, to explore the development path of "AI + Software" and reshape the industry's growth paradigm.
The sub-forums will focus on the intelligent development trends of the software industry, engaging in discussions on core topics such as software-hardware collaboration, pilot testing, and independent security.
OVC serves as the main hub for Wuhan's software industry, accounting for nearly 60 percent of the city's industrial scale. It hosts major software R&D centers for companies like Xiaomi, Kingsoft, and Xiaohongshu, with over 400,000 software developers in the zone.
From January to April this year, OVC's software enterprises above the designated size achieved revenue of 27.17 billion yuan ($4.01 billion), representing a year-on-year increase of 6.8 percent and showcasing a stable, positive development trend.
