On the evening of May 30, the National Ballet of China presented a dazzling new revival of Swan Lake at Beijing's Tianqiao Theatre, featuring an all-star lineup of performers.
Principal dancer Xu Yan took on the dual roles of White and Black Swan, while Li Wentao portrayed Prince Siegfried. Their performances captivated the audience, with Xu conveying White Swan's tragic, wordless longing and Black Swan's seductive cunning, and Li perfectly capturing the prince's tender melancholy and charming allure.
