The Inner Mongolia Cross-Border E-Commerce Summit (Ordos Station) was held on May 22 at the Ordos Airport Logistics Park in Ordos city, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
The event brought together cross-border e-commerce platforms, Russian sellers, foreign trade companies, and entrepreneurs to explore new opportunities in the Russian market and strengthen China-Russia e-commerce cooperation.
At the summit, representatives from the Ordos Airport Logistics Park introduced the park's investment environment and logistics advantages. Officials from Ordos International Trade Investment Group analyzed emerging opportunities in the China-Russia cross-border e-commerce sector, while the Ordos Cross-Border Industry Development Center outlined its services in business incubation, talent training, and supply chain support.
Guo Pengyu, chairman of Ordos International Trade Investment Group, said the Ordos Comprehensive Bonded Zone has established a one-stop international road transport service, reducing delivery times by five to seven days and accelerating capital turnover for sellers.

He added that the bonded zone is also promoting the implementation of a verified tax collection policy for cross-border e-commerce, which could help businesses cut their operating costs by 20 to 30 percent.
Russian guest speakers shared insights into local consumer trends and the future prospects of China-Russia e-commerce cooperation. Representatives from major platforms, leading Russian-based sellers, and industry experts exchanged operational experience and market strategies.
The Ordos Airport Logistics Park has become a major hub for regional logistics and international trade, supported by bonded warehousing, fast customs clearance, and tax incentives under the cross-border e-commerce pilot zone policy.
The park currently offers 24,000 square meters of dedicated cross-border e-commerce warehousing, alongside bonded warehouses, cold-chain storage, livestreaming facilities, office space, and talent apartments. Goods can be shipped directly to Russia and Europe via China-Europe freight trains and international road transport services.
So far, the cross-border e-commerce import and export volume of the Ordos Comprehensive Bonded Zone has reached 295 million yuan ($43.07 million).
