Yili cultural tourism named among national experience destinations

The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism jointly released the first batch of 30 recommended "Follow the Brand to Travel" experience destinations on May 10.

Yili Dairy Culture Brand Experience Destination was honored to be ranked first nationally, earning recognition as an authoritative national-level brand experience destination.

This selection covered 22 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across China, encompassing four major sectors: manufacturing, agriculture, producer services, and cultural industries. It represents an officially recognized, top-tier brand experience initiative.

The Yili Grassland Dairy Culture Tourism Scenic Area serves as the core vehicle of the Yili brand experience. As China's first immersive destination combining grassland dairy culture with industrial tourism, it is guided by the high-quality development principles of cultural heritage and industrial empowerment.

The scenic area has established a comprehensive, high-standard, and high-quality industrial tourism system, integrating 12 core venues including the Smart Manufacturing Experience Center.

The scenic area has deployed advanced technologies such as 5G, VR, XR, and naked-eye 3D. It has pioneered an innovative multi-fusion model of industry, cultural tourism, education, and science popularization, supported by a comprehensive service system, robust safety assurance system, and professional guided tours.

The destination welcomes over 1 million visits annually and has served more than 310 million people online and offline. It has received nearly 50 national and provincial honors.
