The Bama Blessing Lake Health Run kicked off on April 25 in Bama Yao autonomous county of Hechi city in South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, as part of the dynamic"Guangxi Sanyuesan Festival· Hechi Carnival" series.

Nearly 1,500 runners gathered amid the lush landscapes of Blessing Lake, experiencing a blend of ethnic charm and ecological beauty as they ran.

This health run, a key component of Bama's Sanyuesan Festival, is a traditional Zhuang celebration that takes place on the third day of the third lunar month. This event features two categories: a 6-kilometer family group and an 11-kilometer running enthusiast group. It is a non-competitive, untimed run that allows participants to enjoy exercise in a relaxed atmosphere.

As the starting gun fired, participants set off together along a scenic lakeside route, where the beautiful backdrop of mountains and water enhanced the experience.

Runners appreciated the ecological beauty and the joy of physical activity. Many families remarked that the event not only promoted fitness but also strengthened their bonds, making it an unforgettable experience. Enthusiastic runners praised the course's environment, the support staff, and the pleasant weather.

This health run exemplifies Bama's commitment to the Healthy China Initiative by integrating ethnic festivals, sports events, and the cultural tourism industry, enhancing Bama's reputation and influence.
