Yili obtains ISO 56005 Level-5 Certificate

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) recently released a list of Level-5 certificates for Innovation and Intellectual Property Management Capability (ISO 56005 Level-5 Certificate).

Yili has attained the highest rating at this standard – known as the "Ecosystem Level" – becoming the world's first food enterprise to receive such an honor.

ISO 56005 is the first international standard issued by the ISO concerning innovation and intellectual property. With innovation value as its core orientation, it advocates the deep integration of innovation management and intellectual property. Only leading or benchmark enterprises across industries that have undergone rigorous assessment are eligible to obtain this certificate.

In this audit and evaluation, Yili's intellectual property system achieved 100 percent compliance with all indicators – a result that is also rare among participating enterprises.
