From Feb 2 to 3, the China–Vietnam Cross-Border Spring Festival Gala and Border Community Celebration took place in Lao Cai, Vietnam and Hekou, Yunnan in China. Since 2017, the event has been held eight times, strengthening cultural exchange, people-to-people bonds and mutual learning between civilizations.
