More than 70 Qin Dynasty (221-206 BC) clay seal impressions are now on display at Zhoushan Museum in Zhejiang. These ancient seals once secured official documents and goods, acting as silent witnesses to the politics, economy and culture of the mighty Qin Empire – the dynasty that first unified China. Although small in size, the seals are rich in historical significance.
