Chang Sha’na, who learned to copy Dunhuang murals with her father Chang Shuhong (1904-94) in her early days, has emerged as a prominent figure in Chinese art education and design. The Traditional Chinese Culture Museum in Beijing will launch an exhibition, showcasing nearly 400 of Chang’s artworks and related documents illuminating her relentless pursuit of artistic excellence over the past 80 years.
