The China Philharmonic Orchestra announced a strategic cooperation with leading online music entertainment platform, Tencent Music Entertainment Group, which will result in its works and performance videos streaming online through QQ Music, Kugou and Kuwo, three online streaming platforms under TME.

"Digitalization has brought radical changes to the music industry. The China Philharmonic Orchestra, with a history of about 20 years, has a long catalogue of classical music material of videos and audios. The cooperation will allow this music to reach a wider audience," said Li Nan, director of the orchestra, in Beijing on Wednesday.
