Hailing from a background of technology, Yi Shan has integrated his such previous experience into the world of art. Digital science empowers him to keep challenging the boundary of art traditions, and seeking new possibilities to present art.
His one-man show, bringing together digital paintings, sculptures and interactive installations, held at the National Art Museum of China until Aug 1, marks his endeavors overtime to carve out a niche in art with a spirit of originality and risk taking.
