Nearly 60 calligraphic works are on show at Brilliant Land, Courageous People, an exhibition at the National Museum of China, in Beijing. The exhibition hails accomplishments, social reforms and changes in people's lives within Hunan province over the past decade.
Organized by Hunan Calligraphers Association, the exhibition, which runs through until Sept 15, shows written scripts done in various styles of classic Chinese calligraphy by artists both inside and outside Hunan but with a close connection to the central province.
