12th Beijing Intl Film Festival to open on Aug 13

BEIJING -- The 12th Beijing International Film Festival is set to kick off on Aug 13, organizers said Saturday.
The festival this year will last until Aug 20.
Initiated in 2011, the festival aims to boost exchanges among global industry insiders and has attracted increasing international attention thanks to China's booming film market.
