South Manganese Group settles down in Nanning

The South Manganese Group recently established its headquarters in the Nanning area of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone on Oct 12.

The South Manganese Group is a large-scale company managing the production, research and development of manganese products and has 8 billion yuan ($1.24 billion) of total assests. It is a national high-tech company with around 7,200 staff members.

It was listed on the main board in Hong Kong on Nov 18, 2010. 

The company insists on carrying out sustainable development and has been taking an active part in promoting project construction and self-dependent innovation in the utilization, development and protection of manganese resources. 

The establishment of the company's headquarters in the Nanning area has been considered to be an affirmation of the bright development of the China (Guangxi) Pilot FTZ.
