Big hit dance drama to be staged in Wuhan

Produced by the Shanghai Dance Theater, the dance drama The Eternal Wave will be staged at the Wuhan Qintai Grand Theater in Wuhan city, Hubei province, from Aug 12 till 15.

The work is based on life stories of Li Bai (1910-49), a communist martyr who worked as an underground telegraph operator in grave danger and died on the eve of Shanghai's liberation.

Debuting in 2018 and becoming an instant hit, the dance drama draws a vivid depiction of the heroes who devoted their lives to the great national liberation movement led by the Communist Party of China. It also wows audience with innovative artistic expressions, gripping plots and amazing stage designs.

Ticket booking starts at the Wuhan Qintai Grand Theater on Jun 18.
