Shenyang tunnel finishes basic construction

Construction workers conduct a technical investigation of a tunnel located in Shenyang on April 16. The tunnel, which connects Xiaoxi Road and Nanlejiao Road, is a part of the fast truck road that links the north of Shenyang to the south.
